ABOUT THE PRODUCER
Leonardo Mecchi is the head partner of Enquadramento Produções. He has worked over the last 15 years as a producer in feature films such as Elephants in the Fog, by Abinash Bikram Shah (Cannes - Un Certain Regard); The Intrusion, by Flora Dias and Juruna Mallon (Berlinale Forum); Rejeito, by Pedro de Filippis (Cinéma du Réel); Canuto's Transformation, by Ariel Ortega and Ernesto de Carvalho (IDFA); Death Inhabits at Night, by Eduardo Morotó (Rotterdam); The Fever, by Maya Da-Rin (Locarno); Los Silencios, by Beatriz Seigner (Cannes - Directors' Fortnight); Sultry, by Marina Meliande (Rotterdam). He is also Line Producer of features like Charcoal, by Carolina Markowicz (Toronto); Obra, by Gregório Graziosi (Rome); Super Nothing, by Rubens Rewald (Amiens); and Quebradeiras, by Evaldo Mocarzel (Toulouse). He is an associate producer for The Trial, by Maria Augusta Ramos (Berlinale). He also works as a curator, jury, and producer at film showcases and festivals.
